Is Hiring a Writer for Your Small Business Worth the Money? - Wave Blog

As I’ve been searching for answers on how to become a better writer, I’ve encountered a lot of things people compare writing to.

Some of them were interesting. Some were not as much.

But I’ve tested every one of them on myself.

Here’s what I found good writing is NOT:

  1. Therapy.

  2. Only about you.

  3. What readers want. (More on this here.)

  4. Objective.

  5. Long.

  6. Vague.

  7. Practical.

  8. Vulnerable.

  9. Sporadic.

  10. Unemotional.

  11. An ad.

  12. Always pleasurable.

You can read the longer (explained) version right here.
